The Gift of Time | Jacqueline Biollo, MBA, ICD.D

If you’re like me, and suffer from insomnia, 60-minutes (of sleep) is but one of the many things I often hope for when my head hits the pillow. But it is also the extra 60-minutes of productivity I gain in the wee hours of the morning when my brain won’t shut off. So I use that time to get some extra work done before the sun comes up or my day starts in earnest.

The gift of time can be a blessing or a curse. Our time on earth is limited, yet oftentimes we live our lives as if it is unlimited. Here are some things to consider:

Don’t put things off | Don’t think you have lots of time to get to things later | You never know what tomorrow will bring
Gain wisdom and use that to enrich your life and the lives around you
Be intentional with your time | Don’t take anything for granted
