Jacanabooks.ca and LadiesCornerTV had the pleasure of frank sit down with the Minister of Municipal Affairs Kaycee Madu. It was an interview where we learnt about Conservative values and why we should be active members of our communities. Here are some of our takeaways:
1. Dreams come true in Alberta if you are willing to work for it. Minister Madu is a first-generation immigrant from Nigeria. His electoral victory is only possible in an inclusive and diverse country like Canada. In an election where some said he had no chance of winning, he won becoming the only UCP MLA in Edmonton-South West.
2. Kaycee Madu’s heart is in community work. Politics is not for the faint-hearted. Minister Madu was able to share why he is so passionate about making a difference in our communities.
3. Kaycee is a very humble man, describing his win to the love of the people of the SouthWest.
