The Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund is a key initiative under the Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP), created in partnership with FACE, the Government of Canada, BDC, and private sector financial institutions. This fund offers loans of up to $250,000 to empower Black business owners and entrepreneurs across Canada, fostering long-term success and sustainable change.
To apply for either the micro or macro loan programs, applicants must submit the following documents as part of their application process:
- a detailed business plan
- up to date historical financial statements including the balance sheet and income statement
- Two to three year financail projections
- Up to date tax return for the business
- personal statement of affairs
- government issued photo ID.
- business certificate of incorporation /registration
