Wild Skies Gallery, an emerging independent art space in Edmonton, presents a new solo exhibition by acclaimed Canadian artist Brandi Hofer: Bloom, Everything is Temporary.
This compelling, never-before-seen body of work explores impermanence, transformation, and emotional memory through richly layered mixed-media portraiture. Hofer’s signature style combines expressive human forms with symbolic natural elements—moths, butterflies, and florals—crafted from recycled and repurposed materials. About the Artist
With over two decades of studio practice, Brandi Hofer is recognized for her bold colour palettes, textured compositions, and narrative-driven approach to portraiture. Her work has been exhibited across North America and Europe and featured by leading platforms including HGTV, Saatchi Art, and Create Magazine.
Her pieces are held in both private and corporate collections, with commissions for brands such as Walmart Canada, General Motors, Jillian Harris, Earls Restaurant, and the Remai Modern.
