Irene Kakai on LadiesCorner with Tee | Mental Health During the Elections

Spread the love

Mental Health is important in what we do everyday. When our internal pressures are  mounting what do you do:

  1. Have  a plan to journal.
  2. Think about your self care schedule where you show up for you.
  3. Have a bucket list of ideas of what you do when your day is going south.
  4. Try meditation or yoga.
  5. Have someone you call when you are in a meltdown type of situation
  6. Understand your triggers. Every one has a trigger. Understand yours.
  7. Love yourself
