LCCMedia is excited to announce that we will be holding candidate forums for all the 12 wards in Edmonton. There will be a candidate forum for the Mayoral candidates as well. The candidate forum for Edmonton Mayoral candidates is on August 13th 2021 at 5:30 pm MST.
Ladies Corner Canada Media Limited -LCCMedia- is a local, grassroots new media organisation based in Edmonton but with a Canada wide coverage.
We give expression and visibility to stories through our live interviews, online radio, podcasts and glossy quarterly magazine.
The candidate forums will take place on Zoom and the public are welcome to ask questions via Youtube and Facebook where the forums will be streamed live. The forums will be hosted by veteran journalist Mary Thomas. Mary Thomas is not new to candidate forums, here is a forum she moderated with LCCMedia in 2019.
Candidates will be given between 60 seconds to 120 seconds to answer questions during the forum.
Edmonton elections are on Monday, October 18th, 2021.
The format for all the forums will be Question and Answer. LCCMedia is not releasing advance questions at this time to any candidate.
