The OphirGold Foundation is excited to host Thrive in IT & Professional Readiness, a two-session virtual event designed to equip women with the tools, confidence, and knowledge to succeed in today’s professional world.
Taking place on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM MST via Zoom, this event brings together experienced professionals who are passionate about mentorship, growth, and opportunity.

Session Two: Professional Readiness by Suit Yourself
Landing opportunities is not only about skills — it’s also about presentation, confidence, and preparation.
Lori McConnell, Executive Director of Suit Yourself, will guide participants through:
Building a professional image and personal brand Interview readiness and confidence tips Making a strong and lasting first impression Accessing appropriate professional attire
This session focuses on practical tools that help women walk into interviews, workplaces, and networking spaces with confidence and credibility.
