You were born to be happy | Yoleen Naidoo

Spread the love

Today I was reading two verses in the Bible and it gave me an inside into how our lives are meant to be.  Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.’

And Jeremiah 1:5 ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you.’

Those verses remind us that someone loved us, someone believed in us, someone wanted good things for us and someone wanted us to be born.

That made me realize that each one of us is so special and here for a purpose.

It does not matter how young you are.  What matters is that you are valuable. You are touching people’s lives by what you do and say.

You are making a good difference in this world. Just by being here, you are changing people’s lives.

Never be afraid to be who you are.  You are beautiful and powerful.  You are unique.

Acknowledge that, accept that and be grateful to yourself then you will see how your confidence will start to rise.

As a gift to you today and as a little help on your journey for strengthening your mind I have created a free app. to help you.

The first thing you should do in the morning is to affirm your day.  The reason we affirm our day is to remind ourselves who we truly are.  At least repeat the affirmation minimum of 30 times each time 4 times a day.

First thing in the morning, middle of the day, end of the day and before you go to bed.

Another amazing practice is to repeat the affirmation every time a negative thought enters your mind because the affirmation will cancel the negative thought.

Do this for 30 days and you will see a huge difference it makes to your well-being. It takes a minimum of 18 days for a new habit to form, let us make it a positive habit.
