The Magic of Bean Soup : Canadian versus Nigerian Bean Soup
The Nigerian bean soup or gbegiri is a favorite for many Nigerians and Africans. It is understood that Gbegiri is a favorite of people who live in Ibadan, a city in the South West of Nigeria. The difference lies in the ingredients actually and what you do with the beans.
Enjoy!
