The Magic of Bean Soup : Canadian versus Nigerian Bean Soup

Spread the love

The Nigerian bean soup or gbegiri is a favorite for many Nigerians and Africans. It is understood that Gbegiri is a favorite of people who live in Ibadan, a city in the South West of Nigeria. The secret to enjoying your bean soup – I think – are the different ingredients you add like the crayfish and shrimps. In this article, I have compared our bean soup to the Canadian bean soup! The difference lies in the ingredients actually and what you do with the beans.

Enjoy!
